Born from slang where you shorten a word for style and originality. Another word for being under the influence. A person who is, or is known to get blacked out. Nobody is perfect but fekto is close enough. Short for the blunt wraps 'perfecto. And the DJ Perfecto.

Don't act like a fekto. Your just gonna get drunk and act like a fekto.
