1. Making love to a fat chick. The stench in the sheets after she leaves is similar to that of a grilled cheese sandwich. 2. Code word for banging a fat chick.

Friend: I made a grilled cheese last night.
You: You really got to lay off the fat chicks.

Friend: Where is Tim?
You: Making a grilled cheese :wink wink:
