1) Used to describe how a friend is doing, or what they are doing.
2) A term to represent how horrid an action someone did.

1) "Hey dude, doin gligglflammly?"

"Ye."
2) "Bro, Mark just hit the most gliggleflamulous fart in Math class. Shit stank."
