Expresion used to call a dutch guy when he's being lame or when he fucked something up or when he tells a bad joke.

Alex: "Hey Pie-eater, wanna go to Scottsdale tonight???"
Pie-eater: "Nah, mate-k... I'll be online"
Rich: "C'mon Pie-eater, don't kapsen the berg..."
