Party Virgin

A person that doesn't like going to parties, is afraid of going to parties, or had never been to one. Usually girls and guys that are afraid of their parents. If you are a hard core partier, you should stay away from these people because usually they are no fun. An exception would be if you are trying to get your friend to do some crazy shit while they are a party virgin, because bring all the bitches over to the dark side.
