Georgism

An economic ideology that generally supports the existence of private property, but thinks the rent generated from land (defined as anything naturally occurring) should be owned publicly and given out as Universal Basic Income. It is named after Henry George, the economist who popularized it. Other famous adherents include Winston Churchill and Milton Friedman.
I identify with georgism. Capitalism is great and all but landlords are parasites!
