A tier above brainrot. Brainrot has now consumed you, and all that is left is insanity. You are now incomprehensible to everyone else around you, only making sense to yourself. You now have insanerot.

Person 1: "He won't stop talking about this, he seriously has brainrot dude."
Person 2: "No one even understands him, he has insanerot."
