Stands for Perfect Toking Weather. This is when weather outside is at optimum levels to enjoy a shisha smoke outdoors. Usually this is around 17 degreesC, however can vary based on sun exposure.

“It’s looks nice outside, shall we have a smoke?”

“No, it’s only 16 degrees so not P.T.W. just yet”
