Similar to a butherface, although less extreme. Her body is above average, but her face is below average, therefore, you must flip her over to fully enjoy the sex. More extreme measures, ie the paper bag, are not necessary.
John: She'a a 5, I think you were a little liberal with the 6.5. She's kind of a butherface.
Eric: No she's not, cause a butherface is a stunning body and an awful face, she's got an okay body and a less than okay face.
