Stands for Pussy Tits & Ass.

Used for when you don't want your wife/girlfriend/mom/anyone to know where you're going (i.e. stripclub) or talking about.

Also used as an expression of excitement, happiness, surprise, and/or sadness.(May use fucking to express feelings better)

You: "Hey uh, babe I'm going to a P.T.A. Meeting, ok?"
Her: "OK"

You: "Dude, I would so want to see her P.T.A."
Her: "What?"

"I can't wait until tonight!P.T.A.!"

"Dude we won! P.T.A!"

"Holy P.T.A! You guys fucking scared me!"

"I can't believe we lost..P.T. Fucking A.!"
