Snep 

A snep is not exactly a nap but it’s also not exactly a sleep either. Snep comes from the word sleep and nap combined, it means when you take a long nap where you still wake up while it’s dark but you didn’t sleep through the whole night either.

“I just took a good long, 5 hour snep.”
