Virgin Mary Syndrome

When a girl is completley convinced that she is pregnant despite there being no possible way that she is because she either hasn't had sex in weeks/months or is still a virgin.

"Is Sarah okay"
"Yeah, she is just having Virgin Mary syndrome."
"Does her boyfriend know?"
