When a breastfeeding infant's latch on the breast is interrupted, they sometimes breathe out through their mouth. With their mouths pressed against the breast, this can make a wet flapping sound akin to a belly fart. This is known as a raspberry milkshake.
"Little Timmy slipped off his latch and blew a great big raspberry milkshake on mommy's boob. Now he's got milk on his nose."
