melope

Melope is a combination of two words: Mormon (noun) & Elope (verb). To melope, refers to two mormon lovers running away from family and society to be married at a mormon temple, conducted in sudden and secretive fashion, usually involving hurried flight away from one's place of residence.
The Mormon couple wanted to melope instead of having a 'normal' wedding to avoid planning and the drama of most weddings.
