Hepl 

Verb. To act with the intention of helping, but end up not being helpful at all—or actually making things worse. Originates from someone making a typo for “helping” as “hepling,” which led to the creation of “hepl” as a tongue-in-cheek term for well-meaning fails.

Example: “I tried to fix her computer, but I just hepled and now nothing works.”
