When a person reaches the maximum level of hype and cannot stop themselves from hyping everything up. Once at this level the person may not even know they are hyping so much.

Man, that shit is super hyped up. Look at that guy, he's a fucking hype-o-potamus!

Someone that is at an above average level of hype. They are hyping a lot, but have not reached the level of a hype-o-potamus.
