any white/black/middle eastern kid who dances like they are having some sort of diabetic seizure while wearing those baseball caps with the annoyingly flat brim,wear do-rags and long t-shirts/jackets with annoying patterns on them/ chains/ random cubic zirconia jewelry, etc. all while trying to act ghetto and "hood" while they fail to realize that they live in a upper class suburban town and not the ATL/Dirrty Dirrty or "atlanta" as us normal people say.
