Dumb-Bitch-Moment. This applies to males or females who have a mental lapse and a moment of poor judgement. This may be something that jeopardizes their safety or the well-being of others. Temporary stupidity typically preceded by a moment of high ego or self inflated aptitude.

Lissa realized that she had a DBM as she finished the drink that was given to her by the cute stranger at the bar.
