Blowtorch

When the oral bottom is "blowing" the top's genitalia while scratching his/her (the oral top's) anus, causing a burning sensation, hence the "torch" portion of the word, along with oral stimulation.

"Oh god, Chris just gave me the best blowtorch, but I think I'm bleeding from the wrong hole."
