A state of cool euphoric relaxation. The origin of the word can be seen in the two separate words piss and chilling. The act of pissing after holding it in gives a euphoric feeling. Chilling is to relax. Combine them and you get pisschillin.

Vinny: Yo are you tilted right now?

Victor: No dude I'm straight pisschillin right now
