How 'they swinging?

Way of asking someone how they are.Usually between two males as it is a reference to their genitalia.Although could be used on a woman with a nice set.Similar to "hows it hanging?" and the ever popular "how are your testicles today?"

John: Hey Pete how 'they swinging?
Pete: Ahh you know yourself fairly low and to the left
