"Vegan" (With the quotation marks): A person who constantly tries to slip in the fact that they are vegan for attention, but to absolutely no one's surprise, they aren't.

Person 1: So how's your day going?
Person 2: I'm vegan
Person 1: Yea, "Vegan"
