Sim Sim Salabim origionated from the little guy with a turban from the T.V. series Jonny Quest.
Its technically jibberish but im pushing for it to be defined as meaning madness.

Little turban guy says, " SIM SIM SALABIM".

That last joint sent my head SIM SIM SALABIM!
