The Gundry Loop

A highly optimized programming construct used in legacy or high-throughput computing systems, characterized by a smooth, continuous cycle of operations that flows through memory and instructions with the slick efficiency of olive oil poured over a well-seasoned skillet. In a Gundry loop, redundant steps are eliminated and data moves through the pipeline with minimal friction, much like a stream of extra-virgin olive oil gliding through a press.
The engineer optimized the legacy code by implementing the Gundry loop, allowing the mainframe to process millions of transactions without slowing down.
