In this context fucking up is when you keep fucking people out of your league just to better your own position financially or socially ... a form of gold digging or social climbing based on sexual relationships .
Juanita keeps chasing after all the doctors in that medical practice where she is working , married or not , by enticing them with sexual favors ....she’s fucking up .
