teenage girl often mistaken as "Rachael" and also known as "California." Rakayels generally have a best friend from whom they are inseparable at the hip and a twin brother. They also enjoy winking at random strangers, making fun of loner kids at MUN dances, secret dance parties with her bff's, and three way hand hugs. Rakayels are known to say the most ridiculous and at the same time hilarious things. A plane ride with a Rakayel is a once in a lifetime opportunity which should never be passed up.
