The inability to control what comes out of your mouth due to a combination of Tourette's Syndrome and reaching a certain senior age.

Pronunciation: 'seen'-'your'-'ette' syndrome

Pierre could not understand why he kept alienating people or why he frequently dropped F-bombs. His family and friends suggested that he was possibly suffering from Senourette Syndrome.
