It is a word I invented. In high school, somehow I gained the nickname "Dizzy D" of which I altered to just "Dizzeh".

Dizzeh:
1) Someone who feels faint or dizzy.
2) Someone who is popular and easy going.

"Yo Dizzeh, sup"
"Man, that guy is so dizzeh"

1) Something that is differnt, unusual, or "weird".
2) Something that is better or the best as compared to others.

"Man, that is so stur"
