Panty Raid

Unsolicited, lengthy visit by male worker with little or no ostensible business requirement to workspace of female coworker. Usually characterized by monologues on male worker's relationships with women or commentary by male worker on female coworker's gender-specific issues and/or secondary sexual attributes under the guise of professional conversation.

"He came by on a panty raid, but my secretary pretended I had another meeting and saved me."
