A crazy person. Named after inmates of institutions who cut off their own testicles and throw them over the fence to distact the nurses while they do crazy stuff.

Munchkey 

Munchkey - a derogatory term for someone who is a cross between an annoying munchkin and a monkey (similar to humans, but without language and clear strategic thought). Ethically neutral until mobilised by someone with greater intelligence to good - or bad - purpose. Inspired by the Wizard of Oz characters.

The extremists have got the munchkeys all upset on Facebook.
