Get to kiss each-other. Used in corporations to define the action when a FNG tries to kiss the ass of everyone around till he finds out who's in charge, and who's ass should be polished. Since we're talking about corporations, all the other bureaucrats will kiss the ass of the new guy, because "maybe the FNG was hired by the big boss", so they end up kissing each-other ass.
