pissed off mad angry whiny To be a combination of angry, whiny, and ignorant. To be angry over rediculous, retarted things. This is of course if your friend's name is Josh. It could also be refered to as "bobbed off", "georged off", "suzy'd off", "earled off", etc. Depends on who your whiny ass friend is.

1. Josh was so joshed off because I didn't fix him an egg omelet.
2. Dude, don't be so joshed off.
