Chas hair 

a type of haircut, commonly worn by one particular disgusting individual. Hair consists of a ridiculous one top layer, often confused with a 'bowl cut.' Chas hair is only worn by unattractive individuals and is a prime source to making anyone burst into laughter at the sight of it.

Oh dude, ew, look. That kid has chas hair.
