Niggerino

A black person (Usually a male) who is from any African country and has black skin, and also Italian at the same time.
Mocking a ton of Italian words using 'erino, or rino' at the end, also mainly from GTA four mocking an Italian mafia member, Peggorino.

That boy over there is such a niggerino, tell his pasta ass to shut the fuck up for once.
