Anything that is dope, fresh, or funky. Generally followed by saying "Dos" in the proper fashion.

Guy: Do you like grits?
Girl: Yes.
Guy: Do you watch American Idol?
Girl: Yes.
Guy: Do you like chicken?
Girl: Yes.
Guy: That sh**'s ripe.... Dos
