A fellow co-worker of your's that is willing to cover anyone shift when asked. Be it for the extra hours or that they don't have lives.

Barbara: Hey Raymond, Could you work my Saturday 3:00pm to 11 shift? I've got a hair appointment...

Raymond: Hell no bitch! I'm not your shift whore.
