1. Adj. The feeling of stupidity sometimes experienced on the day after one has smoked copious quantities of weed.

2. Adj. Overwhelmed by exhaustion.

Guy 1: There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.

Guy 2: Dude, are you bushed or something? How much did you smoke last night?
