Made famous by rapper/songwriter Ginteel.

When you are in a nightclub and you see a voluptuous women with rather large breast that can barely be contained by her bra, one might say “Bouncin out that bra, shawty Bouncin out that bra, watch her bounce up out that bra”. Hence the acronym, “B.O.T.B
