A state of mental exhaustion caused by just thinking about work, responsibilities, or tasks—before actually doing anything. You feel completely drained, as if you’ve worked all day, even though you haven’t started yet.
I had so much to do today, but just planning it all out made me feel hepical, so I took a nap instead.
Every Monday morning, I wake up feeling hepical before I even start working.
Sarah hasn’t lifted a finger yet, but she’s already hepical just thinking about all the emails she has to answer.
