When someone feels their blunt rolling ability is superior to the ability of everyone else (Getting 'aroused' over their ability to roll).

Ryan: "Hey Steve, wanna smoke?"
Steve: "Only if I get to role it."
Alex: "Steve has a huge stoner boner"
