short for dopamine, which is actually a chemical realeased in yoru brain, when something "good" happens. Dopamine is realeased when you eat, and deppending on the content of what you consume certain amounts of dopamine realease.

Also this is realeased in sex, when you see or get something you like, like a gold watch, or when you have a good "trip" hence "DOPE" is used to describe certain drugs.
