(1)A person who smells like rancid lobster where you can only assume the smell is coming from the crotchal region.
(2) Of or relating to an ass+lobster smell irradiating from an individual/thing.

"Oh my gosh, my roommate smells like lobster crotch".

"This pizza smells like lobster crotch".
