LGBTQ+ Ally 

A LGBTQ+ ally is someone who is not part of the LGBTQ+ minority, but supports their rights and promotes equality for all. They're often related to or know people that aren't cis nor hetero, and are found in groups such as the Gay-Straight Alliances.

This is my friend Susan, she is a LGBTQ+ ally, so you could speak freely around her.
