1. The painful result after falling on your head from standing on a railing.

2. A really stupid act.

Kid: David wait, don't stand on that railing.

David: Man, it'll be fine. Just watch.

Kid: Oh Snap!

David: lying on ground having a seizure Ambulance. Now.

When Kid was asked what happened to David, he explains: He pulled a total D-Mitch.
