Gulch Hole 

A special type of asshole that is created by being infected by the Gulch Holus disease. Seeing a Gulch Hole will immediately kill you. It can appear on any part of the body, possibly as a replacement of one's original anus.

Person 1: "Hey, check this out!"

Person 2: "HOLY SHIT A FUCKIN' GULCH HOLE!"

*Person 2 dies*
