OverCEO’d
The condition of a product or service, for which a major decision was made by an impatient, overconfident, and uneducated executive member of a company. The decision is made despite dissent among a majority qualified and intelligent individuals with inferior titles, implying that authority to make a decision is equal to qualification. The term “overengineered” is commonly used instead in PR statements, in a thinly veiled effort to pass blame.
