A portmanteau of the words "pest" and "Testicle" used to describe any acquaintance of whom is getting on your nerves a bit or has become a nuisance in a non-threatening, joking manner.

Jesse has been harassing me for months now with DEEZ NUTS jokes, what a pesticle!

Coined by a Mr. Daniel Desroches of whom was also known as NAD in the mid 90s.

A pathetic attempt at today's youth to mock their parents era ironically whilst also hilariously bringing back one of the last great eras in rock music.

Omg he thinks he's do clever cause he can name a thousand sitcoms and dresses like a grub, what should we call it? Losercore! Omg so edgy and ironic. Our pathetic narcissism is super cool!
