Amish Taco 

Sexual slang for a woman, or man, who uses a blunt wooden instrument, like a butter churn handle, to pleasure him or herself in the anus or vagina. The act must occur while standing up, and involves up and down motions.

After we broke the bed, I gave her an Amish Taco with my baseball bat.
