Frat Hat 

Any absurd hat worn by a fraternity brother. Must be worn backwards. Must be adjustable, as fitted hats are far too expensive. Generally a bright or neon color. Often times can feature sports teams, or outrageous companys. However, if a Polo hat is found, it is most assurdly the definition of a Frat Hat.
