A person who doesn't regard life wether it is human or animal life or simply life in general, and is capable of causing extreme pain onto others or even death without a single hint of remorse, pity or sorrow.

Man 1 - He beat him to a pulp without any remorse and then killed his dog!
Man 2 - He must be a cruelist!
